In October 2002, drummer Mike Garbe had a dream of forming the premier Def Leppard tribute band. With the help of guitarist Duane Belotti, the dream took shape and Adrenalize was formed. Adrenalize has toured the East Coast–played with national acts like Firehouse & Ted Poley (Danger Danger), was a featured band for the 80’s Monsters of Rock Outdoor Festival (Hidden Valley Resorts), has been featured in Delaware’s Dover Post Newspaper, and appeared “Live” on WNNJ Radio’s Afternoon Drive Show. With the addition of vocalist Vik K , bassist Jim Turi, and guitarist Michael Bisulca – Adrenalize delivers an all out assault on your senses!

Come experience the sights, sounds and pure energy of our tribute to one of the most influential bands of our time. Adrenalize IS the Premier Def Leppard Experience!

Jim Turi – Rick Savage (Bass/Vocals)
Jim began his journey into music as a left handed acoustic guitar player at the early age 10. After forming his first garage band, he decided to switch to playing right handed bass: a good decision indeed. Jim confirmed his destiny to be a musician after seeing Aerosmith at MSG. Growing up John Paul Jones, John Entwhistle, Chris Squire were his idols. As a matter of fact his first bass was a white Rickenbacher to emulate Chris Squire. Jim was also influenced by bands such as Led Zeppelin, Yes, Genesis, The Who, and Pink Floyd. He was in an original project called Daggar, that played San Juan Puerto Rico opening for Ronnie Montrose. Cover projects included Fatbone and Drive. Jim is a solid rock bassist with great vocals to boot: he’s as good as they come.

Michael Bisulca Steve Clark (Guitars/Vocals)
Mike has been a musician for about 25 years. In the past 21 years he has played in great bands such as Armagedon, Shotgun Symphony, Rasque, Greeze Weezer. During his career, he has worked with such artist as Tommy Zvoncheck (Blue Oyster cult), Carmine Appice (Vanilla Fudge) and Michael Angelo and has also written for 3 of the Shotgun Symphony albums and performed on one of them. A guitarist, singer, and songwriter is also currently playing with the band American Angel who have released a new CD entitled Vanity which is being distributed through Chavis Records. Both bands are currently playing the NYC metro area.

Vik K Joe Elliot (Lead Vocals)
Vik is a multi-instrumentalist with his roots firmly grounded in hard rock and metal. He started playing drums and eventually went on to play guitar and bass. He's played with a few local 80's metal bands in the tri-state area. Largely influenced by such British metal invasion artist such as Elliot, Halford, Dickinson & Mercury, Vik's closer-to-home tastes indulge the likes of vocalists that arose from Southern California's 80's metal explosion namely Keith, Pearcy and Neil. When asked about Def Lep, he comments: "They are truly a special band - they managed to be solely responsible for bridging the gap between the harder rockin' bands of the late 70's and the metal infiltration of the mid-80's. That, along with their perseverance in dealing with all that has come their way. You have to appreciate that and learn something from it as well."
